All provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities under separate state planning agricultural and rural (agricultural and animal husbandry) departments (bureaus, commissions), finance departments (bureaus), Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Agricultural and Rural Bureau, Finance Bureau, Beidahuang Agricultural Reclamation Group Co., Ltd., Guangdong Agricultural Reclamation General Administration:
In order to standardize the implementation of the subsidy policy for the purchase and application of agricultural machinery, give full play to the benefits of the policy, promote the all-round and high-quality development of agricultural mechanization, effectively support the stable and safe supply of grain and important agricultural products, and speed up the modernization of agriculture and rural areas, we have formulated the opinions on the implementation of subsidies for the purchase and application of agricultural machinery in 2024-2026, which are hereby issued for implementation.
This Circular shall be implemented as of the date of issuance.
